ShoutHype ("we," "our," "us") provides a done-for-you AI podcast studio for businesses: topic research, script writing, AI-hosted audio production, cover art, and a publishing kit. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

Account information: your name, business name, and email address. We use passwordless login: a secure, single-use link is emailed to you and expires after 15 minutes. We do not store passwords.
Business and show information: your services, topics, brand preferences, and episode feedback, used to produce your podcast.
Content you provide: topic ideas, edits, and approvals you submit during production.
Billing information: processed securely by Stripe. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
Usage data: basic analytics about how you use the dashboard.

2. How we use your information

To operate the service: researching topics, writing scripts, producing audio, creating cover art, and preparing your publishing kit.
To send service communications: login links, production updates, and account notices.
To operate your account: authentication, billing, and support.
To improve the service: aggregated, de-identified analytics.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your business data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. AI-generated content

Episode scripts, AI host voices, and cover art are generated with artificial intelligence based on the business information you provide. You review and approve scripts before audio production, and you are responsible for the content you choose to publish.

4. Data sharing

AI voice provider — to generate episode audio from approved scripts.
Stripe — to process subscription payments.
Email provider — to deliver login links and service emails.
Hosting providers — to run our servers and databases.
Legal compliance — if required by law or valid legal process.

5. Data security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and restricted server access. Login links are single-use and expire after 15 minutes. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain account, business, and production data while your account is active and for 90 days after cancellation. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time; verified requests are honored within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

7. Your choices

Update your business and show preferences anytime in the dashboard.
Cancel your subscription anytime; service continues through the paid billing period.

8. Children

ShoutHype is a business service and is not directed at children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
