These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ShoutHype, the done-for-you AI podcast studio for businesses. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ShoutHype produces AI-hosted podcast episodes for your business, including topic research, script writing, audio production with two AI hosts, cover art, and a publishing kit. Plans are $179/month (1 episode), $299/month (2 episodes), and $499/month (4 episodes), billed monthly. Episode production follows the schedule described in your dashboard.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate business and contact information.
• Login is passwordless: we email you a single-use link that expires after 15 minutes. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your business, services, and topics.
• Review and approve scripts before audio production; production moves forward on approved scripts.
• Ensure you have the rights to any names, trademarks, music, or other material you ask us to include.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or abusive content.

4. AI-generated content

Scripts, voices, and artwork are AI-generated. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. We make no warranty about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you publish it under your business's name.

5. Ownership and license

Once produced and delivered, the finished episode audio and cover art are yours to publish and distribute. You grant us a limited license to use your business information and approved materials to produce your episodes, and to display anonymized or agreed-upon excerpts as examples of our work unless you opt out in writing.

6. Billing and cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
• Episodes included in your plan do not roll over to the next month.
• You may cancel anytime; service continues through the end of the paid billing period.
• Refunds are handled case by case; contact us within 14 days of a charge to request one.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShoutHype is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
